TODAY'S PROMISE

"Dont you realise your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit,

who lives in you and was given to you by God?

You do not belong to yourself, for God bought you

with a high price. So you must honour God with your body"

1 Corinthians 6: 19-20

TODAY'S THOUGHT

Your body was made to worship and gloriry God and to fulfill the purpose

for which he created you. When you do things that are destructive to

your body, you are breaking down the vessel God wants to use to help

accomplish his work in the world. Because God chooses to work through your body,

not just your spirit, to get things done.

Take care of your body so that you are ready for the great things

God wants to do through you.
